What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Do a fresh wineprefix and use the latest 1196 winetricks
2.winetricks riched32
3.ubuntu i386 Trusty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
install successed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Based on issue 427, I'm guessing this isn't a clean WINEPREFIX..
