Detection of PowerPC Macintosh #51

Adds support for detection of PowerPC Mac OS. Test case included.

Hey, this is a very well put together PR and I really appreciate it!

However, I don't think there's much demand for this?

It's not a hard rule, but I generally don't add support for platforms unless there is more than 1% market share. I don't think we've got anywhere near that on this.
