Change peer dep from remix to @remix-run/node #4

I'm sorry if creating this PR creates more of an inconvenience than solving anything, I made it addressing this issue https://github.com/donavon/superjson-remix/issues/3

When I try to deploy my current project to netlify I am getting an error with the peer dep "remix" which is now not needed, wondering why to keep it in the project, I feel that moving to @remix-run/node is the way, I've also ran into issues trying to link this package locally to test it, but I wanted to post this here to better explain what I meant with the issue

I don't think the author is very active with the repo, has been 3 months since last commit 😅
