My focus is on processes that remove the suffering
But what if when I reach maturity on my processes most of the suffering disappears?
Would we need progress? What does progress mean for a mature, healthy and productive team?
Will we just get other issues that will make us suffer?
How will we mantain discipline and motivation to keep the high level
