It now says: "All publications of which the results depend on data are also represented in the repository as a RDC, and therefore every DSC is associated with a RDC. The DSC must be associated with this RDC by adding the RDC identification number as an attribute."
Say that you share data prior to finalizing a publication... or that you record data just for the purpose of sharing. In that case there is no closed RDC, or not even a RDC. So I think that this should not be a requirement.
In the statement in the text I believe the therefore to be logically flawed. All publications linked to the DSC are in the RDM, but there might be 0, 1 or more of them. Hence a DSC might be associated with a RDC.
I changed it into: "All publications of which the results depend on data are also represented in the repository as a RDC, and therefore a DSC can be associated with one or multiple RDC. The DSC must be associated with the corresponding RDCs."

TBD: Do we require that the RDC identification number to corresponds to a closed collection?
