8 years ago we now have 8.2.3 Location and 8.2.9 DAC annotation
I think it makes sense that the location (i.e. the lab where it is recorded) to be made part of the annotation, i.e. the free-format documentation that is provided in the DAC.
I have merged 8.2.9 into 8.2.3.

TBD: I propose to drop the location attribute because the relevant information for most collections is already provided by the Research Administrator in the OrganizationalUnit attribute. Moreover, for the exception cases (data collected outside of the DI), the information provided by this attribute does not seem to be important from the perspective of findability.
