the ABR identifier should be added to the ethics json file #35

those identifiers look like NL37006.091.11 and can be queried on

http://www.toetsingonline.nl/

e.g.

https://www.toetsingonline.nl/to/ccmo_search.nsf/fABRpop?readform&unids=C1257BA2002CC066C125792D00403598

This is already documented on

http://donders-institute.github.io/rdm-wiki/en/#!faq/dac.md#How_should_I_specify_the_"ethics_approval_identifier"?

but not in the json. It should be in the "recommended" section.
