update documentation on DCCN intranet #39

we should identify on the dccn intranet which pages will be outdated by the RDM system. For each page we should decide whether it is to be removed, kept-as-is, or modified.

the page (and the update forms) should remain for ongoing HDD archiving, but the starting page at archiving should explain the Donders Repository.

this has been (mostly) resolved. The only suggestion not followed up is improving the link (in the intranet documentation) between Castor and DRDR. That is a Castor task, not a DRDR task, so let's close it here.
