The most recent PR #996 was forced to lift line length limits on some code, but that is not ideal; revisit are merging and offer up some suggestions

I couldn’t actually see any line-length issues from the most recent code review; however, one of the comments from that review was indeed a note on the disabling of that rule for one of the files

This has been subsumed into #1002 so will go ahead and close this specific issue
