Pg version change #1026

Changed the pg version in the package.json file.

Travis failed on this PR because the standalone Ahmad branch appears to retain some bugs

However, merging beta into Ahmad locally results in a successful npm test so after some cleanup, @ahmad00m will try to push to see if the build succeeds on Travis

@ahmad00m will update the beta server accordingly in order to get to know the process better
