Now on the top menu, if node coloring is unchecked then the options are no longer there or clickable. If node coloring is checked, then all of the options are available and clickable, so the behavior of the top menu is consistent with the side panel. I added CSS styling to ensure that the top menu styling is consistent with the rest of the navbar menu.
