Web site changes when v1.2 is released

Here are the web site changes to make when v1.2 is released:

1. Version number on home page is changed to v1.2
2. Version number on beta page is changed to v1.3 (even though for a brief time it will be identical to the home page.)
3. News item: GRNsight version 1.2 released (with link to home page). For a description of new features, please see the About page (link to about page release notes).
4. On About page, change the version number of the release notes; update release notes with any new features not already mentioned. For the way thickness/coloring of edges is done, see text already on Documentation page.

Please add the content change to the last bullet point as described in #66 since it will be consistent with the new functionality for v1.2.

Here are some additional tweaks to content I'd like to see before we close this issue:

• On the July 24 news item, can you capitalize the "A" in "About"?
• On the About page under v1.2 release notes, bullet 2, sub-bullet 2, replace the current text with the following: "Instead of separate “Open” and “Submit” buttons, the “Open” menu option opens a dialog from which to choose a GRNmap spreadsheet and then automatically loads the graph; a new "Reload" option was implemented that reloads the current graph."
• On the About page under v1.2 release notes, bullet 1, change beginning of sentence to read "Code was branched..." to be consistent with the way the other notes are written.
• About page, v1.2 release notes, bullet 3: replace current text with the following: "For graphs with weighted edges, the method for determining the thickness and coloring of the edges was changed. The way that GRNsight now determines the edge thickness is as follows. GRNsight divides all weight values by the absolute value of the maximum weight in the matrix to normalize all the values to between zero and 1. GRNsight then adjusts the thickness of the lines to vary continuously from the minimum thickness (for normalized weights near zero) to maximum thickness (normalized weights of 1). Edges with positive normalized weight values from 0.05 to 1 are colored magenta; edges with negative normalized weight values from -0.05 to -1 are colored cyan. Edges with normalized weight values between -0.05 and 0.05 are colored grey."
• About page, v1.2 release notes, new bullet point (put it second to last above the one about the server): The ranges and default values of the force graph parameters were adjusted to optimize the automatic layout of the Demo networks consisting of 21 nodes and 50 edges.
• About page, v1.2 release notes, new bullet point (put it as bullet 3 under the changes to the interface): A Demo menu option was implemented to load sample unweighted and weighted gene regulatory networks.

I wasn't clear about the positioning of the bullet point about the Demo networks. I wanted this to be a major bullet (solid) underneath the last UI bullet (Information about...)and on top of the one that starts "For graphs with weighted edges..." Thanks.
