This fixes the following issues:

Remove canjs@2.3.28 dependency
Use the correct steal.production.js path (static/node_modules/steal/steal.production.js is an outdated version)
Upgrade dependencies bit-docs-prettify, bit-docs-html-highlight-line and bit-docs-generate-html
