As a player name is being added to the team roster typeahead shall list names of players not assigned to a team.
If a player has not been assigned to a team and does not exist the user shall be offered the ability to create a new player.

Allow creating a player while assigning to team. Typeahead to see if player already exists in team. Show ranking in player dropdown to facilitate team creation (separate issue, there’s no player ranking rn). Show rankings to admins?
