NHT: Improve player to team assignment flow #350

Allow creating a player while assigning to team. Typeahead to see if player already exists in team. Show ranking in player dropdown to facilitate team creation (separate issue, there’s no player ranking rn). Show rankings to admins?

@tehfedaykin @rlmcneary2 @Amechi101 Could you help me fill this one out? I remember typeahead being important... but my notes aren't as clear as I'd like them to be.
