WIP: Migrate bitcentive to can@4 and donejs@2

• [x] Merge and release https://github.com/canjs/can-compute-memoize/pull/11
• [x] Merge and release https://github.com/canjs/steal-stache/pull/63
• [x] fix any warnings (except warnings about scope walking, I would ignore those)
• [x] run the codemods (I have run some of them, but not all, last one was about %event...)
• [x] Look for any "Unable to find key ..." warnings and fix them using the suggestions
• [x] Make sure the server responds with 404s for missing package.json files (instead of 500s or worst, the development.html page)
• [x] Fix build (tests)

The app is loading, but there are still lots of things to fix.
