steal-bundler is complete pending merging https://github.com/stealjs/steal-tools/pull/280 and doing a new release.

I'm now working on migrating place-my-order to the new deploy workflow. Using this for notes on stuff that needs to be updated in the guide.

• [x] [.]="{value}" becomes as="viewModel" in the next prerelease.
• [ ] Configuring divshot to allow CORS https://docs.divshot.com/guides/routing
• [ ] done-css needs to know to put link tags from the cdn
• [ ] update the guide about setting can.baseURL
