Binary should be renamed to deploy #31

Since the DoneJS CLI now looks for all binaries it looks nicer to be able to type donejs deploy instead of donejs donejs-deploy.

You could type donejs deploy previously, I've been using it this way. Did this change? I think anything named donejs-* should work.
