Find a more universal Feathers Algebra #30

The algebra that's included will have to be customized in probably every case. (thanks to $sort). It would be nice to find something that works in a 95% use case. Related to https://github.com/canjs/can-connect-feathers/issues/42

A better algebra for Feathers was added in the just-release donejs-feathers@2.0.0.
