sip: URI Handler #176

Just a suggestion for an enhancement. I will try to implement this myself
when I get the time to start building Siphon for myself.

It would be nice if Siphon could handle sip:<number> URIs to initiate a call.

I've seen the PennytelMobile application do this and it works really well
because you can now make a VOIP call directly from contacts (and from
missed calls, SMS, etc).

We would also need a way to create all these 'sip:<number>' entries in the
Contacts. The Pennytel app has a feature 'sync address book' which creates
these entries for everyone in your address book.

This feature exists from beginning on Siphon ;-)
