Enable microphone volume control #180

The microphone is very sensitive and causes the remote party to hear their
own voice echo. Microphone volume control would be a great addition to the
settings. A slider in the settings for microphnone level would be awesome
and would solve this issue.

This only happens to me when talking on speakerphone.

I used to have the issue when on non-speakerphone but it was fixed several
versions ago.

enabling echo cancellation sometimes causes other party to hear very low voice
for
few moments during the call and then voice goes back up.

Other party still hears his own voice echo even on the handset speaker but it
is
worse with speakerphone. enabling echo cancellation improves echo problem for
handset but it generates the problem I mentioned in my previous message.
