After upgrade to v2.06, no voice #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade to v2.06

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Check RTP=4000 setting

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Work well in v2.05. After upgrade to v2.06, only 20% has voice. It happen 
for v2.05 when new install.

When I go to Setting to reconfig RTP port to 4000 once them all the issues 
gone. It work well.

Could you check the new installation setting? Why need to save one time in 
order to make it work.
