Abbility to change caller id #191

I know some providers all you to change the caller id and i know some
extensions allow you to set a caller id on outgoing call. IT would be
awesome if that could be implemented.

I think it's the same issue 115, and this issue is already fixed ,;-)
If I didn't understand your issue, could you describe with more details and 
examples ?
