Siphon Crash when starting a call with echo canceller on #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the siphon options and enable echo canceller
2. Open siphon and try to make a call
3. Siphon Crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A call shoud start instead tha app crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.0.7 on iphone 2G 2.2(5G77)
