Configuration of Username /Auth Username #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logging into BETAMAX Clones.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If caller-id is verified by betamax (eg. voipdiscount) one can log in using 
this verified caller-id. 
on Siphon neither the "username" nor the "auth. username" works with this 
caller id used as 
login-name. Siphon says "internal server error".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.6

What, at all, is the difference between these 2 fields?

Users described the parameters in

I believe you make a mistake ;-)

Generally, you just need username field. But some SIP provider use a username 
(phone
number) different of authentication name (login).

You could enabled log to detailed level, and look log.txt in 
/var/mobile/Library/Siphon

Hello, 

I know the site and I dod not make any mistake:) Normally, as I described, one 
can log in using the verified 
phone-id as username. The log says, logging using this sip is not correct.

Well I will look at forums to solve the problem.

The advantage of loggings as verified caller-id is that this caller-id s shown 
when you call, when loggin with 
username no id is shown.

Is working with betamax, I added the way how to log in with the verified ID 
into the
WIKI. Please close the issue as solved!
