Siphon 2.08 problem #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 2.08
2. Try to Open Siphon
3. Message : Program "Siphon" can´t be opened

I install it twice but no luck, i tried it with and without sip account 
data.

I have FW 2.21 with ModemFW 2.28 I think the problem is the 
beta.....mobileprovision 
file. The File and the file from 2.07 do not work (cant be installed)
