No audio after call put on hold

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app
2. Place call
3. Put call on hold
4. Unhold call
5. At this point music on hold is turned off, however there is no audio 
either way.  The call can either be put back on hold, or hung up.  Nothing 
seems to return the audio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to return to call that was put on hold... with audio... 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

iphone 2.2, Siphon 2.0.8

Please provide any additional information below.

This worked just fine with previous versions... so it's not a 
configuration issue at my end.  Upon upgrading to 2.0.8 this was tested 
and it's no longer working....

This issue exists for me as well in 2.0.8, with a 3GS and OS 3.0.
