Siphon and LocalPhone Call Connection issue #249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with Localphone.com sip details using iphone 3g and siphon and try
calling +91 or +81 number
2. For +91 number the recepient receives 1 ring and call gets disconnected
3. For +81 number call doesnt go through.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Until recently calls were connected and call clarity was fine as well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphone on iphone 3g 3.0 / 2.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Local phone account from PC can call both the +91 and +81 numbers without
any issues.

Could you enable log level to detailed?
Use Siphon and post the log file (log.txt). It is written in 
/var/mobile/Library/Siphon
