Please make portable version of 2.x nugettable #377

It would be nice if the portable version of Autofac 2.6 was available from 
Nuget rather than having to use a dll.

The 3.0 version of Autofac, currently in trunk, is portable by default and will 
be available via NuGet. There is no current plan to go back and release 
previous versions via NuGet. (Post-3.0 our NuGet story for the project will be 
a lot stronger and will include the contrib/extras projects as well.)
