Steps to Reproduce:

1- Open the registration screen
2- Enter the wrong credentials
Actual Result
-------------
PBX rejects the registration request and stack got corrupted. Application need
to force-stop and restarted in such case.
Expected Result
---------------
There should be proper PopUp/Dialog if user enter wrong credentials and able to
register with valid credentials.
