Just a comment re OSM buildings. They use OSM as source and does not really have the building height info for all buildings. Most of the building heights are derived using some algorithm which is calculated based on the type of buildings but are not the "real" values.

I think it would be more sensible to get domain configuration from domain centre.

Tested static drivers in PALM and everything runs okay

I added ESA (https://esa-worldcover.org/en/data-access) for land use as NASA data have very coarse resolution
