The name of the language: Coldfusion
The file extension(s) it uses: .cfc, .cfm, .cfml
The website of the organization in charge of the language (if possible): 
http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/

Textmate does support Coldfusion, but only via a plug-in. I believe Coda may 
support it as well.
