Partition editor中点击Code Mode (3 sites)没有任何反应 #101

张老师！您好，我在Windows 11中安装了Phylosuite V1.2.3。将phylip格式的同源基因编码区比对的DNA序列导入PartitionFinder2，Data Blocks窗口没有任何内容，打开Partition editor，点击Code Mode (3 sites)也没有任何反应，请问怎么解决？谢谢！此外，比对的34个同源基因编码区中有6个的3'末端多了一段15bp的短序列，在分区和建树时是否需要去除？谢谢！

partitionfinder必须要导入phylosuite串联的数据，才能有那个data block，如果是自己导入的数据，需要额外导入一个类似串联后生成的partition.txt文件才行，详细操作见教程： PhyloSuite 官网： http://phylosuite.jushengwu.com/ 公众号文章： https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/dqnNhpEcOkmsXPu4eZu6xQ B站视频： https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV11h411X7LL/ 大部分问题可以通过我们近期发表的protocol解决： https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/my1tp_OY6iy2USPbqoJ3VQ.

不用删除额外的短序列。
