9 months ago I really love the idea and core functionality of this site, and I can see how it could be used to help better, and promote mental well-being through sharing, communication and uplifting content. One of my favorite features is how the community post functionality was delivered. The process/solution to retain the data and present it in a thread like fashion is really slick! I think if/when you add Oauth or similar login/account functionality this will be an amazing feature which users will flock to!
Great job Donielle! A couple minor CSS things to button up, but overall this is a fantastic UX with some very cool features and functionality!
Glow - what is one area in your code / feature you find impressive / interesting? Why?
Here lies the glow of my project. Overall, I love that I chose a topic that I am passionate about (mental health wellness), even though it fully stressed me out. One part of my code that I am really impressed with is my Forum component. It was the most complicating code structure I've dealt with, but I love it because it gave me a challenge. I am glad I was able to build it the best way I could and reach out at a time when I needed help with restructuring.
I also find impressive the use of using one's own localhost to save their posts in the forum and the journal, though I do plan to add a backend and login feature so that users can use this on their own account.
