Support the features of Python 3.10, including:

[x] add 3.10 to tox configuration and Travis test runs
[x] pattern matching (display captured values as assignments)
[x] assignment expressions (walrus operators) in set literals and set comprehensions might need work

This is a bit premature for PyCharm, because it doesn't support 3.10 yet, but Emacs is fine with it.
