Support goal code on a code block in canvas mode.
[x] pin canvas aspect ratio at 4:3, instead of matching length of source code
[x] show goal and sample canvases
[x] add a third canvas to highlight diffs
[x] set progress bar
[x] improve performance, maybe with a timer
