Update turtle tutorial

I really like your flag tutorial, these are some small changes:

• More information about the challenge.
• Mention all useful commands.
• Mention t.shape("turtle").
• Clarify what indentation is.
• Avoid confusing with going up and down on the canvas by changing up() and down() to penup() and pendown().
• Added summary.
