add Dockerfile #241

I created a dockerfile for me, maybe someone else can use that too?

Hi! Thanks for sending this PR — it's useful to know that this works, and I'm glad it's helpful for you, but I do not use Docker myself and so I'm not comfortable maintaining this file and keeping it up to date, sorry!
