Set default for instructor computer constraint radiobutton; remove trailing whitespace #26

This commit looks way bigger than it actually is - I'm just setting the default value for my radiobutton. I also removed all trailing whitespace, which makes the code look cleaner. (obviously this should be accounted for in my real line count for this sprint)

The only real change is the addition at line 132.
