"About" should mention *network* #791

Right now, the short description conveys a more general scope than is actually in the guide (as of yet). So I suggest injecting the word network in there, as in:

Learn how to design large-scale networking systems.

As a quondam mechanical engineer student, I was already happy to find this, then noticed it only covers setting up internet infra.. Which is fine of course for those whom it may concern 😄
