Design the Guild organization chart. #2

Need to scope the officer, raid leader roles. - see my edits below, feedback is welcome. Need to understand if we want more granular roles.

Guild Leader - responsible for Officer oversight and ensuring that the Guild Charter is safe.

Officers: Provide a raid lead for official raid nights. New member recruitment. Member altercation management. Ensuring raiding standards are adhered to. Professional attitude.
