SORRY for my way to write you. I want make application for Android and MAIN function is ANPR + other interesting function. Do you want making together application?

Hi Ziad, For the characters, I would suggest you use the Tesseract OCR is much better Cheers

All you need is the OpenCV manager for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.opencv.engine

Thank you for your replay, i used you project and it works well in your plates "Really nice work" the problem that i can`t figure after he get the characters how to build neural network for our plates to make the app choose the correct numbers and characters , i think the mystery point in file "neural_net.ser" which you used it to train the neural network.

Unzip this file, This includes all the source code to train the *.ser file. Run it with this command:

java -jar Train.jar

Enjoy the program

Can I have the Train.jar file too? I'm using it just for fun and I can't get how to generate the .ser file

I want to train neural network for recognizing Indian Number Plate. How can I do this?? Please Guide me. & also How I access 'Neural_net.ser' file.
