Get touchpad width automatically #73

To detect whether a click is a left- or right-click, the finger's position on the touchpad is used and if it is in the left half, it is a left-click, or right half for a right-click. The width of my touchpad is currently hard-coded, which is not ideal.

Also get height, and allow tap radius and active area to be customised.
