phylorank requires genometreetk #3

Hi there,

It doesn't appear in the README but it's needed, at least, by phylorank decorate

genometreetk is not on the system path.

  Controlled exit resulting from an unrecoverable error or warning.

Hello Xabi. Thanks again for bringing this to my attention. The requirement for genometreetk has been removed in v0.0.36. Some of the undocumented PhyloRank commands do require genometreetk, but not the decorate command.
