PCA plots fail when profile contains only one feature #13

The PCA plot will fail with an exception when the first row of a STAMP profile contains a single features, e.g.:

Domain\tPhylum\tS1\tS2 Bacteria\tProteobacteria\t5\t10 ... ... Bacteria\tFirmicute\t3\t4
