STAMP data in incorrect directory #15

It appears that under windows the data directory (e.g., with fun.txt) is being placed in .\STAMP\library\stamp\data. Under OS X it appears to be at .\STAMP\data. Under Windows, it is looking in .\STAMP\stamp\data. These discrepancies need to be resolved.
