how to combine replicates into group #42

Dear All,

I'm a beginner in microbiome analysis. I used stamp to difference pathway analysis. I have a problem during the interpretation. I have 40 samples of control group and 50 samples of hyperplastic polyp group. from the analysis result how stamp combine 40 and 50 samples into control and polyp groups
