Add Custom Domain to GitHub Settings #26

I've dropped some cash and registered HomelessData.org so that folks can more easily reach the blog. Can you add our custom domain?

I'll probably need to update the domain info (registered via Google Domains) - but if you can post the GitHub DNS server info here and ping me, I can take over the next step in the process.

Added "@" A record pointing to IP addresses recommended by github. Added "www" CNAME record pointing to dfmcmurray.github.io Updated CNAME file to include "homelessdata.org" in addition to the existing "www.homelessdata.org"

Some weird CSS issues still.
