Nesting conditional comments not working.

I found this problem too, but this project is still alive?I want to maintain this project, but i do not know anything about coffeescript.That a problem.

This project is still alive and, unfortunately this bug too. I will take a look when I can but no promises. Hopefully a new qualified maintainer can when and if he or she turns up.
