Naming convention for entity display classes. #2

Currently: EntityTitle, EntityFixedHtml, NodeCreatedDate, EntityViewMode. Proposed: TitleEntityDisplay,FixedHtmlEntityDisplay, CreatedDateNodeDisplay, ViewModeEntityDisplay.

I am undecided..

And even if something looks ok for a few of the classes, does it work for all of them?
